Note: I'm using embedded weblogic server [Jdeveloper 11g].

Solution[Possible]:
1.Launch the weblogic admin console application : http://127.0.0.1:7101/console.
   If you are running this for the first time,it will take some time.
2. Default user id/password are weblogic/weblogic1.
3.Once you login, click 'activate changes'.
4. Try to deploy your application now.
